Alex has over 30 years of experience in technical and commercial roles over a wide range of technologies and markets in the global water and wastewater sectors.  

During his career, he has held a variety of executive roles for both manufacturers and VC/PE-backed startups, most recently at Voltea in the Netherlands and NewTerra in Canada.  

Drawing from firsthand experience in the start-up space, both from a commercialisation and finance standpoint allows a unique understanding of the challenges start-ups face in the water industry.  

 Alex lives with his wife and two daughters in the Netherlands.
